Our policies are designed to create a seamless, respectful, and restorative experience during your time with us at Hive + Honey at Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge. If you have any questions, we’re always here to support you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our policies mirror those of Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge. A 14-day notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service. This ensures our practitioners are honored for their time and allows us to offer availability to other guests.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
GRATUITY
A 25% gratuity is thoughtfully included to honor the care, intention, and presence your provider brings to each service. If your experience moves you to leave more, your generosity is warmly received and deeply appreciated.
PAYMENT POLICY
We kindly ask that you bring a form of payment (card or cash) with you to your appointment, as payment is taken in person at the end of your service.
WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?
Appointments are carefully timed to preserve the flow of the day for all guests. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to reschedule your service based on availability. If we’re unable to accommodate you the same day, you will be responsible for the full cost of the service and the 25% gratuity.
Please allow ample time to arrive, settle in, and ease into your experience.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?
As a destination spa, all product sales are final. Each item in our collection is thoughtfully curated with intention, and we stand behind the quality and integrity of what we offer.
We encourage you to ask questions and lean on our guidance to help you select products that best support your skin and self-care rituals. Your confidence in your choices matters to us.
GIFT CARDS
Hive + Honey gift cards are available for all services and make a lovely gift. If you’d like to pre-pay gratuity, we’re happy to assist. All gift card sales are final and may not be refunded, reissued, or used with promotional pricing.
SPA gatherings
For group bookings or private spa gatherings, our 14-day cancellation policy applies. A credit card is required to reserve. Any cancellations made within 14 days will be charged in full. A 25% gratuity is automatically applied to all group bookings.
A FEW GENTLE REMINDERS
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please complete your intake form honestly so we can provide the safest care possible. Hive + Honey is not liable for adverse reactions due to withheld information.
We ask that cell phones be silenced and that guests maintain a peaceful environment throughout the spa.
We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
ARRIVAL + DIRECTIONS
To preserve the flow and ease of your experience, we ask that you arrive in your Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge robe and easy-to-remove footwear, where applicable. Please bring a form of payment with you, as all services are paid for in person at the end of your appointment.
If arriving by car, you are welcome to drive over and park directly in the Hive + Honey Spa parking area.
If arriving on foot, please begin at the lodge’s main parking lot. Our spa is nestled in the meadow across from the lodge. Follow the path through the center of the meadow and veer right as it curves — you’ll find the spa’s front entrance just ahead, where our spa reception warmly awaits you.
Inside, you’ll discover a tranquil spa lounge and curated clean beauty boutique — a space to slow down, browse, and breathe.
