WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • While I completely understand that unfortunately sickness comes and emergencies happen, I ask that you please respect the time that I have specifically reserved for you, as I respect and value yours and that all cancellations be done by giving me the courtesy of a 24 hours notice.

  • Any cancellation within less than 24 hours of the appointment time may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • Any no-show appointments will be charged the total amount of scheduled service.

We would not, unfortunately, be able to fill the time missed without adequate notice of cancellation. **When scheduling your first appointment, we require a valid credit card to hold your appointment. It is simply a requirement for any last-minute cancellations or no-show appointments.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

Please remember that we schedule our appointments in 15-minute intervals; because of this, we will have to reschedule any client that is more than 10 minutes late. We understand life is crazy and throws you curve balls; however, please allow sufficient time in the day to arrive at your appointments on time.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?

Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare Returns Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do! You have 14 days to return products purchased at the store that are unused and in original condition for a store credit. We do not accept returns on used products and highly suggest you donate them to someone in need or gift them to a friend! To stop landfill pollution, we no longer accept used product returns. 

Please contact us directly to arrange the return if you have an online order. 

If you are mailing back products to us, we will assess the return and see that it is in resalable condition before we issue you a return in the form of a gift card. To initiate a return purchased online, please send an email to hello@hivehoneyholisticskincare.com. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the customer's responsibility. If you are local, please bring in the item you wish to return within 14 days of the day it was received.

Can sale items be returned?

No, all sale items or marked-down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

GIFT CARDS

Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare gift cards are available for all services. If you would like to pre-pay a gratuity, we can assist you at the time of purchase. All Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare gift card sales are final – we cannot refund, reissue or replace any gift cards after the initial sale. Gift cards may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special discount or promotion.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare service prices. If you are pleased with your service, we recommend a 20-30% gratuity. The gratuity may be paid in cash, by personal check, or by credit card.

A mandatory 20% gratuity is included in parties of three or more.

SPA PARTIES

A cancellation notice is required seven days in advance for Spa Party private rentals. Spa parties must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. The credit card on file will be charged if there is a last-minute cancellation or no-show by any spa party guest. All cancellations made less than one week before the spa party date will be charged for the total price of the service.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

  • Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us at Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare. We trust the information you provide to us on your client intake form. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations. Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

  • To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request that cell phones be silenced or powered off in the treatment area. Please also be mindful of other guests in common areas and refrain from loud conversation.

  • Hive + Honey Holistic Skincare reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion when necessary.
